Consulting Services

The Shining Global Institute provides consulting services in two areas: (1) evaluation of training needs for organizations and companies and (2) international development consulting in the agricultural development and agribusiness sectors.

Our evaluation serves as the foundation for custom-designed professional training programs. Clients may select the consulting services separately, or as a package that includes both the evaluation accompanied by online or in-person training. To maximize value and results, we recommend bundling the consulting services with the training.

Shining Global Institute also offers consulting services focused on international development—particularly agribusiness and agricultural development. We have decades of experience in project development and management in international agriculture and agribusiness in the private and public sectors.

Agribusiness and Value Chain Development. We strive to strengthen the capabilities of all actors along the value chain. We help and support stakeholders to identify and reduce constraints, increase productivity, remove barriers, improve product quality and market access.

Agriculture and Food Security: We consult with government agencies on the development of inclusive agricultural policy and program management. For non-governmental organizations and the private sector, we offer ongoing support to foster project development, feasibility studies, and project management.
