Course Description
National governments, donors, and various organizations face the same challenge of allocating efficiently scarce resources. The course discusses the common processes and practices in project design in various sectors and organizations. You will learn the process of project design step by step. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Course duration: 3 weeks.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Conduct a problem analysis
- Develop a logical framework (logframe)
- Write a concept paper
- Understand the concept of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
- Write a project proposal
