Course description
A logical framework or logframe is a project management tool, that can be used to design, manage, monitor and evaluate a project. It is a matrix that gives an overview of project activities, short term outputs, medium term outcomes, long term goal, and resources of a project. A logframe also provides information about external factors that may influence the project, or assumptions, and indicators to monitor the project. These components are presented in a 4x4 matrix.
